In Bloom

The Green Zebra tomato plants have finally started to bloom. So far I see about 5 flowers and a few areas that look as though they will bloom today or tomorrow. Maybe it is stranger, but I feel slightly excited. Seems so long ago that I planted the seeds and now the tomato plants are starting to come into their own. I'm wondering if I should change up the way I water them now that they are in "fruiting mode."

And then they grew

After the heavy 4th of July rains, the green zebra tomato plants have starting growing really fast. Started out with four plants and now only have two, but I think these guys will make it. Also, later plan to try and collect seeds from an over ripe cucumber.

Fishing without a cause

Went fishing
Found some berries
Caught Nothing
Ate the berries
Bought some fish

Returned

Where ya been? Just busy .. I guess.

Easter Rain

Nothing like a rainy Easter Sunday. When I was little this would have been the baddestdamnday ever. Now, in a way, I enjoy it. Today is full of the spraying waves of rain. The best kind for sleeping.
Also, I slacked up and let the cold weather kill my Green Zebra plants. I feel like they were counting on me and I let them down. It is still early spring , so just enough time to replant some seeds.

I swear to God I'm going fishing next week.

All Funked UP

I have been in this zoned out funk for a couple of weeks now. I seem to be falling behind at everything. I think some sunn'n and runn'n might help.

Also, women should bake more pies and set them in the window. All my life I've been looking for a hot pie in an open window. If I ever see this, I swear to God I will steal it and eat it ......and say I didn't do it.

When websites mate

Answered a few questions on the new site Hunch.com. Makes me think of what might happen if Okcupid and Ask.com hooked it up and spit out a love child.
Apparently I answer questions and Hunch.com will give my life meaning..or something. I really didn't take enough time to check it all out. Sites like this pop up all the time. They could be on to something if it works well.

That guy in the mirror

Yesterday I shaved. It took a moment to recognize the guy in the mirror. I look younger and feel more aerodynamic. after a day of reflection, I can say it is so much easier to not shave. The Scruff will be back.

New Location

The old blog was costing too much to run. Blogger isn't all that bad.
